The operations of Tabitha’s Way is 100% privately funded by our textile clothing recycling and the generous donations of individuals and businesses.
Textile recycling is the world’s oldest form of recycling and is often referred to as the “original”recycling industry. For profit textile recyclers along with charitable organizations, divert approximately 3.8 billion lbs. of waste that would otherwise fill our landfills each year.
Tabitha’ s has over 100 clothing collection bins being placed throughout Utah County and plans to expand to 300 bins. Shoes and clothes placed in these donation bins are used to provide free or affordable clothing or are recycled into various other products. Donating clothes reduces our landfills and generates funding for our charitable services!
